How do I invite a partner or a grandparent?

On the Today screen, tap the family button at the top right and choose Invite a family member. Share the 8-character code that appears. Once they have downloaded the app and signed in, they choose I have an invite code and enter the code.

The code doesn't work

Invite codes work for one person and are valid for 7 days. Create a new code and try again.

My sign-in code didn't arrive

Check your spam folder. The code is valid for 10 minutes; when you ask for a new one, the old one stops working.

My child isn't at that step

Starting steps are chosen by age. On the Skills screen you can move forward by answering "Yes, on their own" for the steps your child can really do.

I want some of my data deleted, but not my account

In the app: delete a Journey page with its bin icon, and a goal with Delete the goal on the goal's page. Removing a child from the family deletes all of that child's records.

Anything else: (for example talk answers or the records of particular days) write to destek@tinyduties.com from your account's email address and say what you would like deleted. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email. Your account and the rest of your data stay as they are.

I want to delete my account

In the app: tap the family button at the top right of the Today screen, then Delete my account at the bottom. The account is deleted straight away.

If you can't get into the app: write to destek@tinyduties.com from your account's email address, asking us to delete your TinyDuties account. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted: your email address and name. If no other parent shares your family, the family, your children's names and birth years, daily records, talk answers, skill steps, goals and life journey pages are deleted too. If another parent shares it, the family and its records stay with them.

What is kept: goal ideas you shared with "Suggest this idea to TinyDuties". They hold nothing about you or your family, so we cannot tell whose they are. Details are on the privacy page.
